The new baby

So my brother got my parents a kitten for their 26th anniversary since he kinda fucked up their last one.
This poor baby has fleas and my brother and I switch off every day staying with him in the laundry room.
We also give him two dawn soap baths a day.
Anyone else have some ideas how to get rid of fleas?
He's only 7 weeks old.
